Wingstop meal calorie calculator
Add the number of listed servings you plan to count. A wing is one piece; a side or dip is one listed portion. Half portions are estimates. Drinks are included only when listed below.
Each wing is one piece, not a six-piece order. Sides and dips are separate. Only the selected items below are covered; this is not the complete menu.
Arithmetic from rounded source values; actual portions vary. Your selections and results stay in this browser. No account needed.

Start with the wing style and one-piece serving
A classic bone-in wing is not the same serving as a boneless piece. The official guide lists Plain classic at 90 kcal and 10 g protein per wing, versus Plain boneless at 80 kcal and 4 g protein per piece. Six classic wings and six boneless pieces therefore do not provide the same protein even when their calorie totals look close.
The table is a selected set of US items, not a ranking of every current menu item. The source is the official US guide retrieved on October 22, 2026. Limited-time flavors, international menus and actual preparation can differ. The flavor name alone is not enough to select the right row.
Build a meal from wings, sides and dips
For six Original Hot classic wings, multiply 90 by 6: 540 kcal. Add one listed celery serving for a calculated total of 550 kcal and 61 g protein. This is component arithmetic, not a separately published Wingstop combo label.
Six Lemon Pepper classic wings total 720 kcal. Add regular seasoned fries at 500 and ranch at 320 for 1,540 kcal. That total excludes a drink and any additional dip. If a menu combo already includes fries or ranch, do not count them a second time.
Ranch and fries can change the comparison
The official file used here lists ranch at 320 kcal per 3.25 oz cup (85 g). Older sources may show 313 kcal; that older number is not mixed into this table. Large seasoned fries are listed at 900 kcal, compared with 500 for regular.
For equal counts of the selected classic wings, changing Lemon Pepper to Original Hot changes six wings by a calculated 180 kcal. Keeping a dip on the side only changes what you consume if you actually use less; the calculator cannot measure a partially used cup. Use a fractional serving only as a clearly identified portion estimate.
Keep the restaurant reference and your diary entry together
Use the official portion when it matches what you ordered, then record the actual count. BiteCal can help you keep the meal with the rest of your day: review food names, portions and sauces before saving a photo-based estimate. AI scanning is a paid capability; a photo does not independently verify the restaurant recipe.
The calculator runs in your browser without an account. It covers only the items in the table. It does not provide allergy clearance or a personal calorie target. For allergies, formulation changes or a different market, consult Wingstop directly rather than relying on a generic food match.
Frequently asked questions
How many calories are in six Wingstop Lemon Pepper wings?
Six classic Lemon Pepper wings calculate to 720 kcal using 120 kcal per wing. Six boneless Lemon Pepper pieces calculate to 660 kcal using 110 per piece. Dips, fries and drinks are extra.
Does the wing calorie number already include the flavor?
Yes. Each named flavor has its own row in the official guide; use that row instead of adding an unrelated sauce estimate on top. A separate dipping cup remains a separate item.
How much is Wingstop ranch in this guide?
The retrieved official guide lists 320 kcal, 34 g fat and 870 mg sodium for one 3.25 oz cup (85 g). This page uses that version, not the older 313 kcal figure.
Can I use this calculator for a UK order?
No. These rows refer to the US guide. Use nutrition information for the country and menu where you ordered.
