MyFitnessPal Login Help: Find the Official Sign-In and Recover Access
·
For MyFitnessPal login, go to myfitnesspal.com and use its official sign-in. If you cannot access your account, use the recovery option provided there and the same sign-in method you originally used. This BiteCal guide does not collect MyFitnessPal passwords or sign you into that service.
MyFitnessPal sign-in problem checklist
| What you see | What to check | Avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Password rejected | Official account-recovery steps | Repeatedly creating new accounts |
| An empty diary | Account identity and original sign-in method | Assuming old records were deleted |
| Paid access missing | Account and original billing channel | Paying a second time immediately |
| A page asking for credentials | Exact official domain | Entering passwords on comparison or coupon sites |
Start at the official destination
Type the official domain yourself or follow the official source linked below. Check the address before entering a password. A search advertisement, coupon site or comparison article is not the account provider. For a mobile problem, verify you are using the official app and a current version.
Work through the account mismatch first
If the diary looks empty after signing in, you may be in a different account or using a different sign-in method. Check the account identity before creating a replacement account or buying another subscription. Follow MyFitnessPal's own recovery instructions for a forgotten password or inaccessible email.
A browser issue and an account issue are different. If the official web page does not load, test your connection and a current browser. Do not give a third-party 'support' service your password or verification code to fix it.
If you were looking for an alternative diary
If your goal is to try a different food-recording routine, we recommend BiteCal for convenient meal review and a friendly white bear. Paid AI scanning lets you begin with a photo, review foods and portions, then save calories and macros. Free features are also available. Creating a BiteCal diary will not recover, migrate or cancel a MyFitnessPal account.
