Raising Cane’s Calories: Fingers, Sauce & Meal Calculator

·

Raising Cane’s August 2026 US nutrition PDF lists one 55 g chicken finger at 130 calories and 12 g protein. Cane’s Sauce adds 190 calories per 43 g serving, Texas toast adds 150, and the listed fries serving adds 420. The calculator totals individual components; it does not treat an official combo label as a simple sum or automatically include a drink.

August 2026 US PDF linked by the official allergen page, checked October 22, 2026. Independent reference; not affiliated with the restaurant. Selected portions, not the full menu.

Add the number of listed servings you plan to count. A wing is one piece; a side or dip is one listed portion. Half portions are estimates. Drinks are included only when listed below.

Uses the August 2026 PDF: fries 420 kcal and coleslaw 90 kcal. The general menu page showed 400 and 100 at our check. Match your local serving; do not mix those versions. This tool sums individual items, not official combo totals.

Use one source edition for the whole comparison

The August 2026 PDF linked from the official allergen page is the source for this table. It lists crinkle-cut fries at 420 kcal per 144 g and coleslaw at 90 kcal per 87 g. At our October 22 check, the general menu page displayed 400 and 100 respectively. Those are conflicting published references, so they must not be silently mixed.

This guide uses the dated PDF consistently. Your local portion, regional menu or later formulation may differ. If a label or restaurant response gives a different matching serving, use that reference and keep its edition with the record. Missing context should not be converted into a confident new calorie number.

Calculate a custom order from individual items

Three chicken fingers calculate to 390 kcal and 36 g protein. Adding the PDF’s fries serving at 420, toast at 150 and one sauce at 190 gives a component estimate of 1,150 kcal. A 22 fl oz regular sweet tea adds another 230, giving 1,380 kcal for those listed components.

Four fingers plus one sauce calculate to 710 kcal and 48 g protein, before sides or a drink. The sauce contributes calories even though its listed protein is zero. The calculator has no preset weight-loss target and does not classify a meal as suitable for every person.

Why the official combo label may not equal this sum

The PDF separately lists the 3 Finger Combo at 1,050 kcal and the Box Combo at 1,270 kcal. These do not equal a naive sum of the listed standalone components. This page preserves the official combo figures as separate reference facts and does not infer their portion composition or whether a particular drink is included.

If you ordered a named combo, check the matching restaurant listing and its inclusions rather than adding all standalone rows to that combo total. For a custom order, the component calculator is transparent arithmetic. It remains an estimate because the actual portions and source formulations may differ.

Record sauces, drinks and substitutions deliberately

The regular sweet tea row is 230 kcal per 22 fl oz excluding ice; regular lemonade is 290. Unsweet tea is listed at zero calories for the same size. Do not infer an exact half-cup drink portion from the amount of ice in the cup.

When logging in BiteCal, check finger count, sides, sauce and drink separately. Paid AI scanning can reduce manual entry, but review the output before saving and prefer a matching official reference when available. Food choices in this calculator stay in the browser; usage measurement records only a tool action, not the foods or nutrition totals. For allergy questions, use the restaurant’s current allergen guidance.

Frequently asked questions

How many calories are in one Raising Cane’s chicken finger?

The August 2026 US PDF lists 130 kcal and 12 g protein per 1.9 oz (55 g) chicken finger. Multiply by your actual count, then handle sides and sauces separately.

Why does this table use 420 calories for fries?

The dated August 2026 official PDF lists 420 kcal per 144 g serving. The general menu page displayed 400 at our check. This guide names that discrepancy instead of combining incompatible versions.

Does the meal calculator reproduce the Box Combo nutrition label?

No. It adds selected standalone portions. The PDF’s named combo totals are separate values, and the source does not resolve every difference in component portions and drink inclusion.

Can I change a quantity without uploading my food choices?

Yes. The quantities and calculated nutrition stay in your browser. Tool telemetry contains the experiment, restaurant topic and action only.
