Inputs stay in this page. Estimates are for adults; pregnancy, breastfeeding, eating disorders and medical conditions need individual advice. A calculator does not prescribe an intake or predict a weight-loss date.
How this macro calculator works
Protein grams = weight in kg × selected protein factor. Fat grams = calories × 0.30 ÷ 9. Carbohydrate grams = (calories − protein grams × 4 − fat grams × 9) ÷ 4.
Worked example
At 2,000 kcal and 70 kg with 1.6 g/kg protein, the example gives 112 g protein, 66.7 g fat and 238 g carbohydrate. The split is an adjustable planning example, not a universal optimum.
Use the estimate in your daily routine
A number becomes useful when you can compare it with what you actually eat. BiteCal helps reduce manual entry with AI meal-photo estimates you review before saving. Keep the reference calculation separate from your actual logged meals; neither a formula nor a photo guarantees exact intake or weight change.
