Chipotle double chicken: change the protein, not the whole bowl
Use the US nutrition PDF hosted by Chipotle (file named March 2025; nutrition table marked OCT-2024-US-CK), checked October 23, 2026. A standard 4 oz chicken portion lists 180 kcal and 32 g protein. A second matching portion adds those amounts; it does not double rice, beans or toppings.
| Same base bowl, one change at a time | kcal | Protein (g) |
|---|---|---|
| Chicken 4 oz + white rice 4 oz + black beans 4 oz + fresh tomato salsa 4 oz + romaine 1 oz | 550 | 44 |
| Same bowl with chicken increased to 8 oz | 730 | 76 |
| Double-chicken bowl plus cheese 1 oz | 840 | 82 |
| Double-chicken bowl plus cheese 1 oz, sour cream 2 oz and guacamole 4 oz | 1180 | 86 |
Base bowl = 180 + 210 + 130 + 25 + 5 = 550 kcal. Double chicken = 550 + 180 = 730 kcal, not 1,100. These are sums of published standard servings, not a measured scoop or recommended intake. Add chips and drinks separately.

Reference entry ↗How to calculate a Chipotle meal
- Search for the exact product, including its size and preparation.
- Read its serving basis before entering a quantity. For a 100 g entry, 2 represents 200 g; for one slice, 2 represents two slices.
- Add sides, sauces and drinks as separate entries when they are not already included.
- Review the combined result, then use BiteCal to keep a convenient daily meal record.
Formula: meal nutrient total = sum of each listed nutrient × its selected serving multiple. Missing menu products are not silently included.

Is this an official Chipotle calculator?
No. This is an independent BiteCal tool. Chipotle identifies the restaurant whose reference foods are listed; no endorsement or affiliation is implied.
Can I use a photo instead?
BiteCal can help estimate a restaurant meal from a photo when manual logging is inconvenient. Review portions and additions before saving. A matching current restaurant nutrition label is the better reference for a standardized menu product.
